is very important to us especially because it is the basis of our living and plays an essential and important role for success and happiness in every moment or field of life. Having a healthy body and mind is being able to perform your personal and daily tasks more efficiently and being mentally cheerful.  Reasons why is least important are

If the body is healthy, we can do our daily activities very easily like if we are a student, study, write and other work, if we are an employee, we can do office work, variousz meeting programs smoothly, if we have personal work, we can start the work on time and finish the work on time.  It is good and the mind is good

Staying boosts the body’s immune system, which helps fight against various diseases.  Regular exercise, proper diet, and adequate sleep strengthen the body’s immune system, which greatly helps us ward off disease.

Preserving health

care means protecting and improving one’s physical and mental health.  To preserve  we need to know what things should be taken care of and how to preserve health

1.Proper Diet: Eating nutritious and balanced food such as vegetables, fruits, grains, protein and drinking enough water.

2.Exercise: Regular physical exercise such as walking, running, yoga or any physical activity that keeps the body active.

3.Sleep: An adult needs 7-9 hours of adequate sleep.

4.Mental Health: Meditation to reduce stress, and doing things you like.  Spending time with family and friends is also beneficial for mental 

5.Maintaining proper weight: Maintaining proper weight reduces the risk of various diseases in the body.

6.Cleanliness: Keeping personal cleanliness and environment clean is important for maintaining health.

7.Medical check-up: Regular health check-ups and taking medical advice as required.

By following these, a person can stay physically and mentally healthy.
